What to tell us when it is about a purchase

To solve it in the first email, send us:

  • The order number, which is in the confirmation email and on your order page.
  • The email address used in the purchase, if you are writing from a different one.
  • What happened: a link that will not open, a file with a problem, an email that never arrived, a charge you do not recognise.

For a delivery problem, tell us which device and PDF reader you used. There is no need to send a payment receipt or any card details — never ask for or send your card number by email; we will never request it.

Before you write, this may solve it

  • I did not get the confirmation email: look in your spam folder or promotions tab for "Orafolio". It is often there.
  • My card was declined: that decision is your bank's, not ours. An unpaid order creates no charge — try again or use another card.
  • I want to cancel: you have 7 days to withdraw with no reason given, plus any longer period your local law grants you. See the Refund Policy.
  • I found an error in an article or an ebook: send us the passage. We correct it in all six languages.

Requests for access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent go to our data protection officer:

Write from the email address used in the purchase whenever you can — that way we confirm the request is yours without asking for extra documents.
